IBM makes a series of executive hires, a FinTech solutions provider appoints a new Executive VP, and a British investment management company obtains a new CFO.

Infoblox Inc., a California-based leader in cloud-first DDI and DNS security services, has hired Brad Rinklin as chief marketing officer. The company hopes the appointment will allow it to increase demand for its products globally.

Kingswood Holdings Ltd, a British wealth and investment management company, appoints Jon Millam as its new chief financial officer. Millam was the finance director at Equiniti Group PLC before taking the position at Kingswood.

Troy Edgar worked as CFO for the Department of Homeland Security before joining IBM.

International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) has hired several new partners for its Federal Global Business Services team in Washington, DC. These include appointing Troy Edgar as partner, finance and supply chain transformation and Margie Graves as partner, digital modernization strategist.

Tellus, a California-based FinTech solutions provider, appoints Andrew Shedd as executive vice president, head of product development.

The Virginia-based Spring Oaks Capital LLC, a FinTech company that focuses on acquiring credit portfolios, has appointed Tracy Wildman as a senior business analyst. Tracy takes the position after working at Abbott Laboratories in information management and analytics.

The Austin-based online payments company AffiniPay has hired Dru Armstrong as its new CEO. Armstrong has 17 years of experience in product technology management and development.

Lacework, a cloud security startup based in San Jose, has hired Jay Parikh as a co-CEO. Parikh formerly worked as an engineering vice president at Facebook.
