Huobi Trust gains a former Homeland employee as COO and TSG Consumer nabs a COO with a background in finance.

Huobi Trust, a compliance services provider for blockchain companies based in Nevada, has hired Robert Whitaker as its next chief operating officer. Whitaker formerly worked for the US Department of Homeland Security in forensic cryptocurrency. The announcement comes as the company launches a USD-backed stablecoin, HUSD.

Drew Weilbacher, chief compliance officer at TSG Consumer Partners

TSG Consumer Partners, a private equity firm in California, has hired Drew Weilbacher to be its next chief compliance officer. Weilbacher comes to TSG from Promontory Financial Group.

OneSpan Inc, a Chicago-based, anti-fraud solutions company, has appointed Steven Worth as chief executive officer. Worth also holds the position of chief compliance officer.

The British Arab Commercial Bank appointed Stephen Bell managing director and chief risk officer. Bell’s specialties involve risk and strategy.

Absolute Software Corporation, a California-based endpoint solutions company, has announced that Andre Mintz will join its Board of Directors. Mintz is the current chief information security officer at Newport Group, a financial services company.

Kennebec Savings Bank, located in Maine, has appointed Kevin Dono as its new senior vice president and chief information officer. Dono worked at Quorum Federal Credit Union before coming to Kennebec.

Maine State Credit Union has announced that Adam Kavanagh is its next chief operations officer. Kavanagh was the company’s operations manager before his promotion.
