Cofense, a Virginia-based phishing detection and response company, has acquired Cyberfish, an Israeli email security company that utilizes Computer Vision and Machine Learning technology. Cyberfish CEO Dima Kagan hopes the merger will “solve the phishing problem and take email security to another level.”

WhiteSource, a New York-based open source security management company, has raised $75 million in a Series D round led by Pitango Growth with help from existing investors Susquehanna Growth Equity, 83North and M12.

infiniDome Ltd., an Israeli GPS security company, finished pre-series A round funding with $2.4 million, which includes investments from Honeywell Ventures and Next Gear Ventures, the same investor that led the company’s earlier seed funding. The money will go to the company’s UAS/UAS, UAM, and Commercial Aircraft divisions.

Synthesis AI, a San Francisco-based synthetic data technology company, has gained $4.5 million in funding from existing investors, such as Boom Capital, Bee Partners, and Swift Ventures. The company hopes to use the money for R&D.

ThreatQuotient, a Virginia-based threat intelligence company, has raised $22.5 million from an investment syndicate that includes New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Adams Street Partners, Escalate Capital, Blu Ventures, Cisco Investments and Gaingels. They plan to use the funding to continue on projects already in process.

Cipherpoint, an Australian company, acquired Sydney company Brace168 Pty Ltd. Cipherpoint plans to operate Brace168 as a separate business unit to complement the company’s current business unit.

Calamu, a New Jersey-based data protection company, has achieved $2.4 million in an oversubscribed seed round.

In a seed round, Kintent, a Boston-based cybersecurity compliance company, has gained $4 million. The round was led by Tola Capital with contributions from angel investors.

Information Analysis Inc, a Virginian Information Technology product and services company, has acquired Tellenger Inc, a cybersecurity, cloud and data analytics services provider. President and CEO of IAIStan Reese hopes the acquisition “will further accelerate our suite of cyber, cloud, and data analytics designed to help financial institutions, merchants and governments secure their digital assets.

Cyble, a Georgia-based dark web and cybercrime monitoring startup, has gained $4 million in a seed round. The round was led by Australian venture capital firm Blackbird Ventures, US firm Spider Capital, Xoogler Venturers, Picus Capital, and Cathexis Ventures.

Securiti, a San Jose, California-based AI-powered data privacy and security platform, raised an undisclosed amount in funding from Cisco Investments. The companies will work together to help enterprises address multicloud and edge security, privacy and compliance challenges.

Redis Labs raised $110 million in its Series G round funding. The latest funding brings valuation of the company behind the NoSQL database to more than $2 billion. The funding was led by Tiger Global and includes participation from Softbank Vision Fund 2.

Tines, a no-code platform that help enterprise customers automate security operations, raised a $26 million Series B funding round led by Addition. The funding round includes participation from Accel, Blossom Capital, CrowdStrike, and Silicon Valley CISO Investments.
