Biometric authentication firm AuthID.ai appointed Neepa Patel to its board of directors. Patel is chief executive of governance and compliance solutions provider Themis.

Digital services provider Presidio nabbed Dan Lohrmann, Michigan’s first chief security officer, as its field chief information security officer for the public sector. Lohrmann joins Presidio from Security Mentor, where he served as chief strategist and chief security officer.

Naina Bhattacharya, global chief information security officer at Danone S.A., joins Crossword Cybersecurity as a board advisor. She replaces Nick Jennings, who in May was appointed vice-chancellor and president of Loughborough University, on the research commercialization firm’s advisory board.

Government IT contractor Xenith hired Bill Long as chief information security officer. He will manage cybersecurity operations and strategy for Xenith and TRI-COR Industries, an IT services subsidiary. Long is a MFGS Inc. veteran, where he most recently served as chief information security officer and acting CIO/CTO.

Invici Security, announced Michael George will take the reins as CEO to grow the company through global expansion. He previously served as chief executive of Continuum from 2011 until the 2019 acquisition by ConnectWise.

OneSpan appointed former Forcepoint CEO Matthew Moynahan president and chief executive. Moynahan will work with Steven Worth, who in August became interim CEO at the fraud prevention and authentication company, in addition to his prior functions chief compliance officer and general counsel.

Doug Merritt stepped down as Splunk CEO in an announcement last week. Splunk chairman of the board Graham Smith replaces Merritt as interim CEO of the data-analytics software giant, while Merritt will remain as an advisor.

Multi-Bank Securities, Inc. appointed Lori Reynolds as senior consultant for geopolitical, cybersecurity, and veteran initiatives. Reynolds served in several leadership roles for the U.S. Marine Corps., most recently as the deputy commandant for information.

ICS/OT security provider Insightcyber named Francis Cianfrocca as CEO and along with several executive appointments, including CTO Roland Cozzolino, chief security officer Curtis Blount, and chief intelligence officer Joan Ross.
